Pilaster Mounting Dogs
Pilaster Mounting Dogs for milling flat column faces

Cut the stock to width
Cut the four pieces of stock the width of the pilaster mounting dogs and the desired length. Drill a 13/16" hole centered on the stock and 1/2" from the end. If the stock is longer than 24" you may want to cut blocks the same size as the pilaster dogs.
